Shocking Images Capture Destruction In Historic Ukrainian City Of Vinnytsya
A shopping center, wedding hall, and a dance studio were struck. The city is hundreds of kilometers from the front line and has served as a hub for humanitarian aid.
Vinnytsya is the headquarters of Ukraine's Air Force, but Ukrainian officials said no military facilities were hit.
