Oil Depot On Fire In Russia's Rostov Region, Governor Says

An oil depot was on fire in Russia's southwestern Rostov region following a Ukrainian drone attack early on July 13, the region's governor, Vasily Golubev, said on Telegram. "An oil depot in the Tsimlyansky district caught fire at about 4 a.m. following a drone attack," Golubev wrote, adding that 14 firefighting units were working at the site to put the fire out. Golubev said that according to preliminary information, there were no casualties following the attack. Telegram channel Don Mash published a video purporting to show the fire.
