Acting President Says Russia 'At War' With Ukraine

Ukraine's acting President Oleksandr Turchynov has said Russia "is at war" with his country. In a televised interview in Kyiv on May 4, Turchynov said local "provocateurs and separatists," coordinated from Russia, provoked recent violence in Odesa in an attempt to bring the region "to its knees."
