Kyiv Voters Share Their Hopes

Voters at a polling station in central Kyiv said they hoped the May 25 presidential election will bring a positive change to their lives. One voter from the Luhansk region, parts of which are controlled by pro-Russian rebels, told RFE/RL she had to change her voter registration to Kyiv because of the security situation in her hometown.
