Ukrainian authorities say they have discovered at least 10 locations in the recently liberated city of Izyum where Russian forces tortured civilians and Ukrainian soldiers. Former captives said they endured beatings, electric shocks, and burns. Ukrainian forces say they discovered the network of torture chambers and hundreds of bodies in a mass burial site when they retook Izyum in September.
