Deadly Russian Air Strike Hits Apartment Block In Ukraine's Kharkiv

Video footage made minutes after a Russian bomb strike shows a partially collapsed residential building in flames and cries for help audible in the background. The strike has killed at least seven civilians, including a 14-year-old girl, and injured dozens. It is presumed to have come from the neighboring Belgorod region in Russia. In Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy's words, the attack wouldn't have happened if Kyiv was given permission to strike military targets in Russia using weapons provided by Western allies.
