Ukraine Declares Third Air Raid Alert On The Same Day Amid Reports Of Explosions In Kyiv Region

A large-scale air alert was announced across Ukraine for the third time on December 14 amid reports of explosions near the capital, Kyiv. The cause of the explosions was not immediately clear. "All of Ukraine is under the threat of missile attacks," the Ukrainian Air Force reported, adding that Russian fighter jets were airborne. Two previous major air raid alerts were sounded after 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. local time. No further details were immediately available.
