Several dozen assailants attacked a gay pride march in Kyiv on June 6. A number of police officers and attackers were injured when they clashed. About 300 people took part in the Equality March of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) community. (RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service)
