Russian Missile Attack Hits Ukraine's 'Harry Potter's Castle' In Odesa

A Russian missile attack on a building known as "Harry Potter's Castle" in the Ukrainian port of Odesa killed at least five people on April 29. Among the wounded is Serhiy Kivalov, formerly a lawmaker for the pro-Russian Party of Regions, who founded a law school in the building. RFE/RL filmed first responders extinguishing the fire.
