Dozens were wounded after Russia struck the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv with ballistic missiles on September 1, local officials say. RFE/RL filmed firefighters trying to quench flames from leaking gas after a missile had hit the city's central gas pipeline. It was the third consecutive day of intensified Russian air attacks on Ukraine's second-biggest city.
