Two people were reportedly killed and a child seriously wounded early on July 17 in what Moscow claimed was an attack by Ukraine on a major rail-and-road bridge linking Russia with the Crimean Peninsula it annexed in 2014. Video shows a damaged section of the Crimea Bridge and a traffic jam caused by the incident.
