Trump Threatens To Jail Clinton If He Wins

Republican candidate Donald Trump said he would appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton if he wins the U.S. presidential election, adding later that she "would be in jail" for her use of a private email account while secretary of state.
