Report Exposes Extent Of Alleged Karimova Corruption

Gulnara Karimova, daughter of Uzbek President Islam Karimov, may have raked in as much as $1 billion via bribery, extortion and exploiting her position - according to a report by investigative journalists. The report was released by the Sarajevo-based Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) following a three-year investigation. Alisher Siddique from RFE/RL's Uzbek service spoke to the OCCRP's Miranda Patrucic.
