Ukraine's presidential elections on January 17 could be considered the country's first Twitter-friendly ballot. Thanks to a nationwide initiative, hundreds of citizen journalists were invited to post tweets on the social networking site to keep Ukrainians up to date on the latest developments during the voting and the ballot counts that followed.
