Three years after Russia’s withdrawal from Bucha, at least 33 civilians from the city remain in Russian prisons, including Tetyana Popovych’s son, Vladyslav. He was wounded in the leg and disappeared as Russian troops massacred hundreds of Ukrainian civilians in 2022 before retreating.
