Pakistan Says Arrested Key Al-Qaeda Suspect

29 July 2004 -- Pakistan says it has arrested a key Al-Qaeda member wanted for his suspected involvement in the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Tanzania and Kenya.

Interior Minister Faisal Saleh Hayat today identified the man as Ahmed Khalfan Ghailini and said he is a Tanzanian national.
