(RFE/RL) 3 November 2005 -- An Internet statement purportedly coming from Al-Qaeda in Iraq says two Moroccan Embassy employees kidnapped in Iraq last month will be killed.
The posting -- on an Islamist website often used by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi's Al-Qaeda group -- said they will be executed for being "infidel" followers of the Moroccan and U.S. governments.
No additional details were provided. The two were kidnapped on the road from Baghdad to Amman, Jordan
