Jordanian Islamists have called on the world's Muslims and Arabs to boycott Russian and Chinese products after the two countries vetoed a UN Security Council resolution on Syria.
Hammam Said, leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, said the Russian and Chinese decision shows "they are taking part in the killing of Syrian people."
Calling the vetoes an attack "against all Arabs and Muslims," the Muslim Brotherhood leader said boycotts would "support the Syrian people, who demand freedom and dignity."
Meanwhile, Yemeni Nobel peace laureate Tawakkul Karman told an international security conference in Munich that all countries should expel Syria's ambassadors and recall their diplomats from Damascus.
Morocco on February 5 called on all Arab countries to follow its lead and cut diplomatic ties with Damascus to protest the regime's crackdown, which has killed more than 6,000 people in 11 months.
