Hollande Supporters Celebrate Victory In French Election
Supporters of Socialist candidate Francois Hollande celebrate in Tulle and Paris as early results show him defeating incumbent Nicolas Sarkozy in the presidential race with 52 percent of the run-off vote. Sarkozy conceded defeat and wished his opponent good luck. Hollande will be France's first leftist head of state since Francois Mitterrand served from 1981 to 1995. Reuters video
