Fuele: EU Closely Watching Upcoming Azerbaijani Elections

In an exclusive interview with RFE/RL's Armenian Service, EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fuele told Service Director Harry Tamrazian that Azerbaijan needs to make key reforms on human rights in order to move forward in its dialogue with the EU. Fuele said that observers are closely watching the democratic process in the run-up to Azerbaijan's presidential elections in October.
