One person was killed as a missile hit a cottage area on the outskirts of the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro early on August 26, according to authorities and local reporters. It was a day when Ukraine woke up to a barrage of Russian air attacks. "What took 10 to 15 years to build has gone to waste.
