CHISINAU -- President Vladimir Voronin says the Communist Party will win the upcoming elections because they can bring orderly, constructive change to the country, RFE/RL's Moldovan Service reports.
Speaking at a press conference, Voronin also blamed the opposition for the chaos in Moldova following the breakup of the Soviet Union.
