KYIV -- Ukraine's State Statistics Committee has announced that the number of Ukrainian citizens residing in the country has fallen by 180,000 in the past 12 months.
Statisticians said there were 45,999,000 such residents in early November compared to 46,179,000 on November 1, 2008.
