NATO, United States Renew Commitments To Afghanistan

U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said the United States supports "Afghan-led reconciliation as the solution" to the conflict in Afghanistan. Mattis spoke on September 27 at a joint news conference with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg in Kabul. (Reuters)
