'Food And Milk': Video Lures More Migrants To Belarusian Border As 'Catastrophic' Crisis Grows

A video livestream posted from Minsk by a Kurdish-speaking man called on migrants to head to Belarus's border with EU countries, promising "food and milk" when they got there and announcing the launch of a "second wave." Meanwhile, a UN refugee agency official at the Belarusian-Polish border described the humanitarian situation there as "catastrophic" and getting worse.
