Former Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky has been buried at a cemetery outside London.
Russian news agencies reported Berezovsky was laid to rest in the Brookwood cemetery in Surrey.
Berezovksy was found dead at his home in Britain on March 23.
A police investigation determined Berezovsky committed suicide by hanging himself.
Friends said Berezovsky had become depressed after a series of financial setbacks.
Part of the reason for the delay in burying Berezovksy was a debate over whether Berezovsky would be buried in Britain or in Russia, where he lived most of his life.
Berezovksy became rich in the 1990s from the privatization of state enterprises after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Dubbed one of Russia’s “oligarchs,” Berezovksy became involved in politics but fled the country in 2000 and was later convicted in absentia of economic crimes.
