Putin Welcomed By New French President At Versailles

Russian President Vladimir Putin was welcomed at the Palace of Versailles outside Paris by French President Emmanuel Macron. The May 29 meeting is the first between the two men since Macron's decisive victory over right-wing rival Marine Le Pen, a Putin admirer whom the Kremlin and its surrogates appeared to favor.
