French President Hosts Ukrainian Presidential Candidate Zelenskiy

French President Emmanuel Macron met with Volodymyr Zelenskiy, the Ukrainian comedic actor and presidential candidate, on April 12 at the Elysee palace in Paris. The second round of Ukraine's presidential election is April 21. Zelenskiy won the first round by a wide margin over President Petro Poroshenko, but he did not receive enough support to avoid a runoff.
