German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said Afghanistan is facing the "worst human rights violations on Earth" under Taliban rule. Speaking to RFE/RL's Ray Furlong in Prague on July 26, she said the Western withdrawal had been too fast and had left Afghanistan's people "alone."
