Officials of the Interior Ministry of the Russian North Caucasus republic of Ingushetia say the house of the republic's Security Council secretary has been shelled by unknown attackers.
Reports said four mortar rounds were fired overnight at Akhmed Kotiev’s house in the village of Malgobek.
No casualties or major damages were reported.
