MOSCOW -- Moscow police say a Kyrgyz citizen shot and wounded four fellow Kyrgyz in a cafe in the Russian capital, RFE/RL's Kyrgyz Service reports.
The Moscow police press service told journalists that the incident took place in the southeast of the capital on August 28.
Almaz Abdisyaev, a lawyer at the Kyrgyz Embassy in Moscow, told RFE/RL that embassy officials are currently at the cafe where the shooting took place. He said no more details can be provided at this point.
Russian news agencies report that the man opened fire during an argument and that the four wounded Kyrgyz have been hospitalized.
