Defense Minister Says Latvia Supplying Missiles, Rations To Ukraine's Army

Latvia has sent humanitarian aid to Ukraine and is providing its army with anti-aircraft missiles, combat gear, and field rations, according to Latvian Defense Minister Artis Pabriks. Speaking to Iryna Romaliyskaya of Current Time TV on January 24 in Prague, Pabriks said Russia "constantly needs to escalate the situation" in order to justify its own authoritarian policies.
