Concert Blast Witness: 'There Was Pandemonium Everywhere'

Two Ariane Grande concertgoers said there was pandemonium inside Manchester Arena after an explosion was heard outside the venue. More than 20 people were killed by the May 22 blast in what British police are treating as a suspected terrorist attack.
