Speeding Car Drives Into Crowd In New York City

At least one person died and several others were injured on May 18 after a speeding car plowed into a crowd of people on Times Square in New York City, authorities said. The incident occurred around noon local time. Video images later showed the car lodged against a street pole, partially on its side. (AP)
