Tillerson: North Korean Leader 'Doesn't Seem To Understand Diplomatic Language'

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said that North Korea needs to reconsider its nuclear and ballistic missile ambitions and engage in dialogue with the international community. He spoke to journalists on a flight to the U.S. territory of Guam, one day after President Donald Trump's August 8 warning to Pyongyang of "fire and fury" unless it ceases threats against the United States.
