Russian Missiles Rain Down On Kyiv And Other Ukrainian Cities

Russia launched a new wave of missile attacks on Kyiv and at least 10 other cities and regions on October 31, cutting off water and power supplies in some places. The barrage followed what appeared to be a Ukrainian attack on Russia's Black Sea Fleet over the weekend.

During the attack on Ukraine, a Russian missile was apparently hit by antiaircraft fire and went down in neighboring Moldova.
