With less than 100 days remaining before the start of the 2014 Winter Olympics, officials and workers in Sochi, Russia, are scrambling to complete the city's transformation into a modern Olympic venue. But in another onetime Olympic city, Sarajevo, the infrastructure built for the Winter Games is slowly turning to rubble.
