Trump, In VOA Interview, Says Kim 'Loves His People'

U.S. President Donald Trump, speaking just after his summit with Kim Jong Un in Singapore on June 12, said that the North Korean leader is smart and "loves his people." In an interview with Voice of America's Greta Van Susteren after the two leaders agreed to the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, Trump said that U.S. sanctions against North Korea would remain in place "until such time as we see, you know, this is going to happen."
