Turkey's military says warplanes have bombed suspected Kurdish rebel targets in northern Iraq.
The military said the jets targeted caves and other hideouts in Iraq's Zap and Hakurk regions, near the border with Turkey, on February 11.
The statement said all planes returned to base safely but did not provide any details about damage or casualties.
Fighting between Turkish forces and rebels from the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) has escalated in recent months.
