Probably not a big deal in the general scheme of things, but interesting nonetheless. This video from RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service appears to show an altercation between a pro-Ukrainian activist and a man who showed up at the Russian Embassy in Kyiv to vote in Duma elections. The activist was eventually arrested. (The video has no subtitles)
