Ukrainian Prime-Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has said that he will "protect every minister" at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers today.

"Unfortunately, under pressure, a number of ministers had to resign. Only the Verkhovna Rada can accept the resignations. And our fraction, People's Front, will make a decision separately about every minister, depending on who worked how," Yatsenyuk said.

His statement comes a few hour after Ukraine's Lithuanian-born economy minister, Aivaras Abromavicius, announced his resignation.
