Merkel, Hollande Call For Ukraine Cease-Fire To Be Observed

French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angelor Merkel addressed the Ukraine crisis at a meeting in Paris on February 20. The two leaders called on both sides to fully implement a cease-fire agreement and the commitments made at the September 2014 summit in Minsk. (Reuters)
