EU Ministers To Address Ukrainian Missile Plea

EU diplomats are meeting this week to discuss security issues facing the bloc, including Ukraine's quest for approval to strike military targets within Russia. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba says he expects support for what he calls the need to suppress "Russia's capacity to destroy Ukraine."
