Why Should Kharkiv's Pushkin Street Be Renamed?

Across Ukraine, moves are being made to "de-Russify," with names of streets being changed and statues removed. Three cities have even taken down statues of the great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. The authorities in Kharkiv, which has been under intense Russian bombardment since late February, are considering similar measures. Local historian and journalist Pylyp Dykan explained why.
