Three Hurt In British Helicopter Crash In Bosnia

22 February 2005 -- The European Union-led peacekeeping force in Bosnia says three British soldiers suffered minor injuries when their helicopter crashed in central Bosnia.
Officials said the military "Lynx" helicopter was seriously damaged in the crash last night near Kakanj, but the three soldiers were able to walk away from the crash with only light injuries.

Officials declined to comment on possible reasons for the crash, saying an investigation has been launched.

The EU leads a peacekeeping force of some 7,000 troops in Bosnia.
