Putin Holds Talks With Finnish President

2 August 2005 (RFE/RL) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin holds talks today in Finland with President Tarja Halonen.
Putin arrived in Finland yesterday on a two-day working visit.

Putin and Halonen are expected to cover a range of topics including Russia's relations with the European Union and the status of ethnic Russians living in the Baltic states.
