9 November 2005 -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is scheduled to hold talks today in Moscow with British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw.
Talks are expected to focus on EU-Russian relations. Britain currently holds the rotating EU Presidency.
Accompanying Straw to the Russian capital are EU foreign-policy chief Javier Solana and External Affairs Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner.
Iran and the Middle East are also likely to be on the agenda.
