Afghan Soldiers Finish U.S. Training

A U.S. helicopter in action in Afghanistan (file photo) (epa) June 2, 2006 -- Sixteen Afghan soldiers are graduating today from a training program at Fort Bliss, in Texas.

The soldiers have spent five months in the United States learning to fly Russian-made helicopters in counternarcotics missions over their country.
