The oil news agency Interfax-ANI quotes a Gazpromneft statement as saying Munai Myrza operates 74 gas stations and several oil and liquefied-gas storage facilities in Kyrgyzstan.

The agency says that, following this acquisition, Gazpromneft controls one-third of Kyrgyzstan's oil-products market.
