KYIV, September 19, 2006 (RFE/RL) -- An explosion at a tank range in eastern Ukraine has killed three agricultural workers, Ukrainian Emergency Situations Ministry says.
A spokesman said the blast occurred at a testing range belonging to the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Kharkiv Institute of Tank Forces.
The men were apparently tending a herd of cows on the range.
Officials did not say when the incident happened.
